Proposals must be on a lump sum basis including General Contract, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing work. Proposal security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the largest possible total of proposal submitted must accompany each proposal in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract value will be required upon issuance of contract.
The awarding of the proposal will take place at a public Point Isabel ISD board meeting. The Board of Point Isabel ISD reserves the right to accept, reject any and/or all proposals, waive minor technicalities, to award contracts for individual items as they may appear advantageous to the Point Isabel ISD, or to award the proposal to the most responsible offeror which best serves the interest of the Point Isabel ISD.
