Join us for Pre-K 3 year old program registration. 
The registration information below is ONLY for the Pre-K 3yr old program at Garriga Elementary for the 2023-2024 school year.

The student needs to be three years of age by September 1, 2023 and meet Head Start Niños, Inc. income requirements

La informacion de inscripcion a continuacion es solamente para el program de Pre-K de 3 años para el año escolar 2023-2024 en la escuela primaria Garriga.

The registration information below is ONLY for Pre-K (4 yr old) and Kindergarten for the 2023-2024 school year. The following documentation is required to complete your child's registration. Registration will need to be completed at your child's zoned campus.

Pre-K: The student needs to be 4 yrs old by September 1, 2023.
Kinder: The student needs to be 5 yrs old by September 1, 2023.
 
Required Documentation:
  1. Student's birth certificate.
  2. Immunization Records
  3. Proof of residence (current utility bill, lease agreement, or rental receipt)
  4. Proof of Income (Eligibility of lunch status)
  5. Parent/Guardian photo identification.
  6. Guardianship letter, if child is not living with parent(s)
Additional Information:
  • Social Security numbers are NOT required. However, if available, Social Security Numbers are requested to be used for identification purposes.
  • Pre-K 4 and Kindergarten students will register at their zoned schools.

La informacion de inscripcion es solamente para estudiantes de Pre-K 4 años y Kinder para el año escolar 2023-2024. La siguiente documentacion es requerida para completar la registration de su hijo/a. Estudiantes nuevos tendran que completar su registro en persona en la escuela designada.

Pre-K: El estudiante debe tenr 4 años de edad para el 1 de septiembre 2023.
Kinder: El estudiante debe tener 5 años de edad para el 1 de septiembre 2023.
 
Documentacion Requerida:
  1. Acta de nacimiento del estudiante.
  2. Comprobante de vacunas.
  3. Prueba de residencia (recibo de utilidades, contrato de alquiler o renta)
  4. Elegibilidad para la comida (eligibilidad del estado del almuerzo)
  5. Una foto de identificacion del padre/tutor
  6. Carta de tutela, si el niño no vive con los padres
Informacion Adicional:
  • NO se les requirira numero de Seguro Social. Pero si lo tiene, este numero sera utlizado como identificacion del estudiante. 
  • Todos los niños elegibles se reportaran a la escuela de su zona para inscribirse.
