Alicia Baldovinos is a long-time resident of the Laguna Madre area. She was raised in Port Isabel and is a proud graduate of Port Isabel High School.
Alicia is married to her High School Sweetheart, Victor Baldovinos, and is a proud mother of two beautiful children, who attend PIISD. Alicia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin.
Alicia has passionately served the public for over 20 years in different capacities. She enjoys teaching children, as Preschool Teacher at Stepping Stones Learning Center, as well as, assisting nonprofits and writing grants as owner of her consulting firm, Grant Access. Her strengths are in nonprofit management, organizational budgets and planning.
She is very active in the community and has volunteered and served in many leadership roles in her children’s schools, church, city and community organizations. Alicia is honored and excited to use her knowledge and experience to work and serve her community as School Board Trustee, Place 4, of the Point Isabel Independent School District.
