Is a military career right for you?

There are many reasons why a student may consider a career in the military such as serving their country, learning a new skill or trade, travel or saving money and paying for college.

See below to explore details about the U.S. military services and related district-provided resources.

Interested students should talk with their school counselor to learn more.

ASVAB test

The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude test that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success, particularly for military recruitment.

The test is more than a military entrance exam. Students can use their ASVAB results to learn more about their interests and strengths, explore careers, and plan their future.
