Now accepting applications from current 10th & 11th grade students who meet the minimum eligibility requirements: • 92.0 weighted average • Volunteer/service hours • Excellent behavior record • Participation in at least one extracurricular activity per year since 9th grade Request an application by emailing hzermeno@pi-isd.net or pick one up at the front office. 🎾🎾🎾 A handful of Varsity tennis players had the privilege of competing in the Harlingen ELITE Tournament. After 2 days of amazing competition - the rankings out of a 32 Draw were achieved: David Olmos 27th, Kirin Cantu 21st and Alexandra Gonzalez and Valeria Ruiz 16th. Top RGV teams and several teams from Corpus and Laredo were competing. Thank you to Coach Escamilla and HSH staff for an incredible tennis experience. Congratulations Tarpons!

Congratulations to the Lady Tarpon Varsity Track and Field team for capturing the District 32-4A Title with 212 points last night on their home track! 🎉🎉 Each athlete was a pivotal part of this win, and we are proud of their efforts. The team had 8 individual District Title winners and 1 relay. *Emily Burrage-100 H *Layla Mata-300m H *Escarlet Urrutia- Shot put and Discus *Elle Wall-Long jump, High jump, 100m, 200m *4x400m Relay-Angely Diaz, Layla Mata, Julieta Ruiz, Lizbeth Perez Port Isabel also had the High Point Female Athlete, Sophomore Elle Wall with 48 points. The ladies qualified in 14 events with 16 individual competitors moving onto the Area Round.
