Chef SFC Melendez and Asst. Chef SFC Cabrera, recruiters with the US Army, joined culinary arts today to teach students how to make sushi. SFC Melendez spoke with students about his life in Puerto Rico before joining the army, where he trained as a chef and opened several restaurants, including a pizzeria and a sushi restaurant.🌟
