This week's 5th grade Captain of the week is Ian Olmos. Ian was chosen for his great behavior, leadership skills and outstanding athletic abilities. Ian is also one of the most skilled soccer players in his class. Ian plans on playing Football, Soccer, Track, and Band in Jr. High and High School. What an amazing week at Garriga ACE!! Students are getting hands-on in afterschool! Students are creating friendships during program, enhancing their science and reading skills, getting creative in arts and crafts, and making yummy meals in culinary club! 🎉

Jezmin is also a member of the Garriga Running club where she is a great leader amongst her peers. Jezmin plans on competing in Swimming and Track in Jr. High and High School. Student drop off will be in the usual place tomorrow morning, Tuesday, September 3rd. In the afternoon, student pick up will be in the staff parking lot. Wednesday, September 4th, until further notice, student drop off and pick up will be in the staff parking lot. Garriga ACE kicked off with students experiencing and enjoying new clubs! Students connected with friends and created some lasting memories. We can't wait for next week!
