"This week's 5th grade Captain of the week is Richard Gutierrez. Richard was chosen for his tough work ethic, respectful manners, and his outstanding running endurance. Richard has great potential for a successful track career in his future and has been a part of the Garriga running club since last season. Richard plans on playing football, basketball, and running Track and Cross Country in Jr. High and High School. Congratulation Richard on being this week's 5th grade PE captain of the week!".

Parents, it is that time of year again… Kid’s Heart Challenge Program time! Assist Garriga Elementary in earning money to save lives… In the process, your student(s) can earn prizes and a chance to pie their coaches in the face.
Students raising $50+, earn 1 pie to throw
