Community Engagement

At Point Isabel ISD, we believe that strong schools are built on strong community partnerships. We are proud to serve a vibrant community that values education, family, and Tarpon pride. By working together, we can create meaningful opportunities that support the success of every student.

Our Commitment

Community engagement at PIISD is about more than events—it’s about building lasting relationships. We are committed to:

  • Strengthening connections with families, businesses, and organizations

  • Providing opportunities for parents and community members to be active partners in education

  • Celebrating and showcasing the achievements of our students and staff

  • Creating meaningful experiences that bring our community together

How to Get Involved

We welcome the involvement of parents, families, and community partners in many ways:

  • Volunteer Opportunities – Support classrooms, mentor students, or help at events.

  • Partnerships – Businesses and organizations can collaborate through sponsorships, donations, or student programs.

  • District & Campus Events – Join us at athletic games, fine arts performances, academic competitions, and community celebrations.

  • Advisory Committees – Share your voice through groups such as the School Health Advisory Council (SHAC) or District Improvement Committees.
