Any company desiring to provide the aforementioned services may obtain an RFP information packet by accessing the district’s website at www.pi-isd.net, Departments, Business & Finance, Purchasing, Request for Proposals, no later than Thursday, January 8, 2026.
All proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to the District with attention to Melissa Trevino, Purchasing Office, at 101 Port Rd, Port Isabel, Texas, 78578. Fax, telephone, or E-mail submissions will not be accepted.
Any submissions received after the above time and date will not be accepted. All proposals must be clearly marked with the correct RFP number and title. The Point Isabel ISD is not responsible for misdelivered or mislabeled submissions.
Point Isabel ISD reserves the right to waive all informalities in any submission; to accept any and/or all submissions or any part of any submission, with or without cause; re-advertise for all or any part of the proposal contemplated and/or accept the submission that, in its best judgment, will be in the best interest of the Point Isabel ISD.
