Students from Port Isabel ECHS, enrolled in the Construction Management and Inspection Program of Study under the direction of Mr. Romeo Ruelas, participated in a two-day OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certification program in partnership with our industry-based partner, Noble Texas Builders. This certification program equips workers with essential knowledge to identify and address workplace safety hazards, making it a valuable credential across industries such as construction, manufacturing, and general industry. Point Isabel ISD is thankful for the support of Noble Texas Builders and Region One’s PIM (Perkins Innovation Manufacturing) Grant team. This stackable credential reflects Point Isabel ISD's commitment to providing students with rigorous, hands-on learning opportunities that prepare them for college, career, and workforce success.
