This past Thursday, April 2nd, the Port Isabel ECHS Symphonic and Wind Ensembles competed at the UIL Region 28 Concert & Sightreading Evaluation—and delivered an incredible performance!
👏 Both ensembles earned STRAIGHT ONES on stage and in sightreading, securing UIL Sweepstakes for each group!
Even more impressive—ALL bands in Point Isabel ISD achieved straight ones this year in both performance and sightreading! This milestone reflects the hard work, dedication, and excellence of our students and directors.
We are proud of our Silver Tarpon Band for continuing a tradition of success both in music and in the classroom. 🎼💙
