Port Isabel ECHS Culinary Arts Practicum students began rotations with PI-ISD Food Services, Josephine’s Kitchen, and Pelican Station. They are applying classroom learning in real-world culinary settings. The CCMR Department is thankful to Food Services Director Angela Olivares and Annabel Zavala, manager of Josephine’s Kitchen, for welcoming our students on site. Point Isabel ISD is grateful to them and our other industry partners who make these meaningful learning experiences possible.
