Congratulations to Jose Perez III! Jose, a student leader at Port Isabel Junior High, has been awarded this year’s National Junior Honor Society Outstanding Achievement Award! He will receive a $500 scholarship and a special gift from the National Association of Secondary School Principals and NJHS. We are proud of you, Jose!
