The Port Isabel Early College High School Athletic Department is gearing up for another successful year. We were blessed to have one of Tarpon’s own and former athletes, Raul “Tinker” Villarreal, speak to our coaches.
Coach Tinker recently released his first book titled “Building Powerlifting Champions” and shared his experience of molding kids from various backgrounds and how he’s been successful in building winning cultures.
The Tarpon and Lady Tarpon coaching staff want to extend their thanks to Coach Tinker for “bringing the juice” to our kick-off coach’s meeting.

PIISD ACE Program is offered to current Pre-K-12th grade students attending Point Isabel ISD. If you are interested in having your child enrolled, please attend the mandatory parent meeting at Meet the Teacher at any campus where you will be assisted to register your child.
Please note, by registering your child, it does not guarantee your child a spot in the program. After completion of your registration, your child will be placed on a waitlist and you will be contacted by the campus ACE Site Coordinator to verify registration.
