Port Isabel ECHS Culinary Arts practicum students, under the direction of Chef Galindo, continued their work-based learning (WBL) rotations at Pelican Station, gaining firsthand experience in a real-world, culturally relevant culinary setting, observing kitchen operations and customer service. This reflects Point Isabel ISD's commitment to ensuring every student is college and career ready, and we are thankful to our industry partner for their continued support in providing meaningful hands-on learning opportunities.
